I am a Cinematographer, Producer, and Human Being from Bangalore, India, who currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. I received my BFA in Film & TV- with a specialization in Cinematography and a minor in English Literature- from NYU in December 2015. I have been working in and around NYC in the camera and lighting department since. My experience spans from solo run-and-gun documentary and event coverage to leading a crew on location and studio productions, and everything in the middle. Most of all, I love the human connection and spontaneous creativity that comes with my job.

As the bearer of a painfully common first and last name, I strive to stand out by making thought-provoking, and visually appealing images. I am constantly trying to improve and develop my own image-making abilities and am always looking to grow and learn in this ever-changing, interconnected world. I pride myself in striking a healthy balance between the technical and the aesthetic, and work towards bringing the best of both to every challenge I face.

In my free time I enjoy hanging out with cats and dogs, biking, consuming content and learning about history, art and technology.
